Treadmill

Tuesday I started using the treadmill. It's like housework. Hard to begin, but once you start you want to finished. The hardest day was  the 1st day. My varicose veins have let me know they were not happy with the increased activity, but  I  slowed it down a bit and the pain has been bearable (so far).  I do seem to be a bit more perky since I started (Tuesday). Now if it could some how curb my appetite.

I did accidently look in the big mirror that is in the women's locker room wearing nothing but my skivies.  Just thinking about it makes me shiver.

Here's last weeks totals.Wednesday Feb 1 925, Thursday Feb 2 1770,  Friday Feb 3 1170,  Saturday Feb 4 1115, Sunday Feb 5 1150. Monday Feb 6 1020, Tuesday Feb 7 1125. Week average is 1182. Not going to lose much weight at that rate, but on a positive note, at least I won't be gaining. I don't have the nerve to weigh myself. However,  I will have to climb the Kios scale next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

Last weeks exercise totals: Tuesday 20 minutes, 1 mile.

  1. I did the treadmill Friday, but ran outside on Monday. The rest of the week I did nothing. I hate exercise! I wonder what a Kios scale is.
