I have been avoiding posting last week because Tuesday, February 14th, my supervisor took us to lunch and although it was alot of fun, caloriewise it was a disaster. Then because it was Valentine's Day Paul had got a box of chocolates. After the chocolates I started I kinda of spiraled out of control. Lets just say I exceeded the feed limit by at least 3,000 calories. I did weigh in before the luncheon so I am posting that picture. The Kios scale reported that I had lost 3 pounds for the month of January.
Here is my calorie intake for last week (except for Tuesday). I am not posting Tuesday because after 3,500 calories I stop counting. Wednesday Feb 8 1170 calories, 20 minutes, one mile. Thursday Feb 9 920 calories, 20 minutes, 1.1 miles. Friday Feb 10 885, 20 minutes, 1.05 mile. Saturday Feb 11 895, Sunday Feb 12 1015. Monday Feb 13 660, 20 minutes, 1.1 mile. Tuesday Feb 14 20 minutes 1.13 miles. No average for week. wtg: 75.82 kg

Looking skinny again! I started dieting on MOnday, but had lost steam by Wednesday. I only ate half my main dish at Olive Garden last night! I was very proud!
