Holding Pattern

I seem to be on a maintenance plan. Here are my counts for last week. Wednesday Feb 15 890 kcal, Thursday Feb 16 905 Kcal, Friday Feb 17 1035 Kcal, Saturday Feb 18 1000 Kcal, Sunday Feb 19 1305 Kcal, Monday Feb 20 1745 kcal, Tuesday Feb 21 1340. Weekly average 1174. The only day I used the treadmill was Thursday for 20 minutes 1.15 miles.

  1. I did treadmill on Friday! I wish I could enjoy it. I ran a mile in 11 1/2 minutes. Maybe I would hate it less if I walked fast. One of these days I might feel old enough to be justified in giving up trying to run! (But not till I'm at least 60!)
