Slow and Steady

Last week I was kind of disappointed because my appetite was getting the best of me. This week I re-evaluated the situation and decide I was in no hurry to get to my ideal weight because once I get there I no longer have a goal and I start gain.  So, for me, It makes more sense to loose the weight slow and steady.

Here is last week's totals. Tuesday Jan 24 932 kcal, Wednesday Jan 25 1120, Thursday Jan 26 740 kcal, Friday Jan 27 1295 kcal, Saturday Jan 28 1075, Sunday Jan 29 1360, Monday Jan 31 1085. Average count 1086 kcal.

It appears I hit a bit of a snag over the weekend, which is kind of surprising because I was so busy all weekend. I always thought I ate more when I was bored. Doesn't look that is the only reason I eat. Still, if I could get it down to 1000 kcal per day I would be happy.
