The scale continues to show I am losing, but my clothes are still tight. My mom always said you don't lose pounds and inches at the same time. Its important to stay focused. The inches will eventually show and at that time the scale will not be moving.

Giving Thanks
I am thankful that I have haven't fallen off the wagon in the last 10 days, and I am hopeful I will be able to stay under 1500 calories tomorrow. I have been averaging 900 calories and if I finish up the week with 900 cals a day I should be okay. Still haven't started walking, but then again, the veins in my right are really bothering me and I don't want to aggregate. Maybe I will start by moving my arms, maybe I can talk my guest for tomorrow into playing the Wii with me.
I have kept menu real simple and my guests are bringing desert. I just need to remember not to over indulge. 83.73 Kg before the carnage.

I wrote down what I ate over the weekend, not sure I want to continue putting every item on the blog, although it was a good motivator for getting started and for me starting is the hardest part. Maybe I will just record calorie counts .84.5Kg.

1st week comtemplations
I know it has only been five days, but I think I will make a habit of summarizing on Friday rather than Monday. I seem to be doing okay, except I do get fidgity late at night. I am not so much hungry, as I feel like I have a undefined nervous energy.
I would like to post pictures and set up widgets over the weekend, but I have a pretty full weekend, so that may not happen until after Thanksgiving. I do have the 'before' picture, it just a matter of finding the time.
Not sure how Thanksgiving Day will turn out. Right now my plan is to eat controlled portions. Paul is cooking so he may be hurt if no one eats. But right now I now I just need to take one step at a time, and not get too far ahead of myself.
After Thanksgiving I hope to add excercise. I think I will start with the KP Health 2011, It is a 13 week plan and it has to be completed by April 3, 2012. Most everyone else I work with has done the program, but I sort of took most of 2011 off. You choose a path, record minutes excercised. each minutes is worth one mile. Maybe this time I will go to Europe.

The Hardest Part
For me the hardest part of dieting has always been starting.
After years and years of practice I have discovered that cutting back is just like the Nike commercial. You just have to DO IT...

Diet is the Penalty you Pay for Exceeding the Feed Limit
My body shape has got out of hand and it is started to interfere with my energy levels, something has to be done. 87.3 kg
Some ideas might be:
1. Post a picture of myself maybe once a month to show progress or at least where my focus is.
2. Post pictures of foods, exercise ideas, diet quotes. Stuff to keep me on track. I do have an idea of how I would like to decorate my Wii room.
3. Vent about touchy-feely stuff no one else should be subject too, but might make me come to terms with myself.
4. My eating might be a tad out of control, but it is my lack of physical activity that is the real issue. At one time I was exercising faithfully but then my varicose veins became an issue and right now I am having a breathing/backache problem, so I have to go lie down. Panic Attack? Pluerisy?
