I know it has only been five days, but I think I will make a habit of summarizing on Friday rather than Monday. I seem to be doing okay, except I do get fidgity late at night. I am not so much hungry, as I feel like I have a undefined nervous energy.
I would like to post pictures and set up widgets over the weekend, but I have a pretty full weekend, so that may not happen until after Thanksgiving. I do have the 'before' picture, it just a matter of finding the time.
Not sure how Thanksgiving Day will turn out. Right now my plan is to eat controlled portions. Paul is cooking so he may be hurt if no one eats. But right now I now I just need to take one step at a time, and not get too far ahead of myself.
After Thanksgiving I hope to add excercise. I think I will start with the KP Health 2011, It is a 13 week plan and it has to be completed by April 3, 2012. Most everyone else I work with has done the program, but I sort of took most of 2011 off. You choose a path, record minutes excercised. each minutes is worth one mile. Maybe this time I will go to Europe.
