Diet is the Penalty you Pay for Exceeding the Feed Limit

My body shape has got out of hand and it is started to interfere with my energy levels, something has to be done. 87.3 kg

Some ideas might be:

1.  Post a picture of myself maybe once a month to show progress or at least where my focus is.

2. Post pictures of foods, exercise ideas, diet quotes. Stuff to keep me on track.  I do have an idea of how I would like to decorate my Wii room.

3. Vent about touchy-feely stuff no one else should be subject too, but might make me come to terms with myself.

4.  My eating might be a tad out of control, but it is my lack of physical activity that is the real issue.  At one time I was exercising faithfully but then my varicose veins became an issue and right now I am having a breathing/backache problem, so I have to go lie down.  Panic Attack?  Pluerisy?
