Catch Up
Here are my calorie counts for the last two weeks. Wed, Mar7 620. Thurs, Mar 8 1155. Fri Mar 9 930. Sat Mar 10 1020. Sun Mar 11 715. Mon Mar 12 1252. Tues Mar 13 1345. Wed Mar 14 935. Thurs Mar 15 1660. Fri Mar 16 999. Sat Mar 17 1095. Sun Mar 18 1621. Mon Mar 19 1322. Tues Mar 20 1117. Daily average is 1128. I should be jumping up on the scales to see if I lost anything this month, but I am going to skip this month. My next weigh in will be around April 15th.

Losing It
I seem to have lost a couple of pounds this week. I have been holding at around 1200 kcal, and I never use to lose weight, but I have been fairly consist and I don't have to deal with female hormone imbalances so maybe that is key. I will be taking another picture next week to see if that translate into a noticeable change. In the old day you were either losing inches or pounds and at last weigh in I think I looked thinner, but the scales showed little change. Maybe I will be losing pounds this month and inches next month. Only time will tell.

There is always Tomorrow
I have been so busy that I haven't had time to blog my calorie counts until now. You would think being busy would slow down one's calorie intake, but for me that has not been the case. Anyway, here are the counts. Wednesday Feb 22 1177 kcals, Thursday Feb 23 1145 kcals, Friday Feb 24 1175 kcals, Saturday Feb 25 1055 kcals, Sunday Feb 26 890 kcal (finally a good day), Monday Feb 27 1283 kcals, and Tuesday Feb 28 1585 kcals (WHAT). Average 1187 kcals. As long as I stay under 1500 I won't be gaining, and now that is the goal.
