Losing It

I seem to have lost a couple of pounds this week. I have been holding at around 1200 kcal, and I never use to lose weight, but I have been fairly consist and I don't have to deal with female hormone imbalances so maybe that is key. I will be taking another picture next week to see if that translate into a noticeable change. In the old day you were either losing inches or pounds and at last weigh in I think I looked thinner, but the scales showed little change. Maybe I will be losing pounds this month and inches next month. Only time will tell.

Here is this week's calorie tally,  Wednesday February 29, 1090 kcal, Thursday Mar 1, 1125 kcal, Friday March 2, 2060 kcal (oops), Saturday Mar 3, 1425 kcal, Sunday Mar 4, 1235, Monday March 5, 1085 kcal, Tuesday March 6, 1170 kcal. Average for week 1313 kcal per day. Wtg:73.66 kg.
