Unexpected Interruptions

Due to unexpected interruptions my diet plans had to be put on hold for a few days. My internet access has been limited until yesterday so I was not able to make an blog entry, but I think I am back on schedule. I know better than to try to make up for too many calories consumed, so my plan now is to just go forward and not try to make up for lost time. After all the journey it just as much a part of my plan as the final destination. In fact, I know how to deal with the journey better than the destination because I have take the journey so many times.80.27 kg.
The first picture I took was on the 14th of November, so I took another on December 14th. I wanted to post last week, but I got waylaid, so I am posting that picture this week. I think I look fatter in this picture than last months, but if  you are losing pounds you are not losing inches, hopefully I will lose both inches and pounds even if it not at the same time.
